Mr. Walker has been involved in the irrigation industry for over thirty five years. He currently owns Masuen Consulting LLC, an outdoor water management consulting firm started in 1995. Prior to Masuen Consulting, he owned Walsuen Enterprises, Inc. a Landscape and Irrigation design, build, and management construction company. He has extensive experience in all facets of urban, golf and agricultural irrigation. As the owner of Blue Slate Ranch in Eastern Washington state, he grows and irrigates hay fields and row crops to support the farm to market approach to the ranch.
