| Biography | James B. (Jim) Schumacher draws from over forty years of experience in golf maintenance and construction experience. During his career, Mr. Schumacher has served as a Certified Golf Course Superintendent (CGCS), Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation, a member of the PGA of America – Dixie Section, and is a member of the American Society of Irrigation Consultants (ASIC) as well as a Certified Texas Irrigator. Mr. Schumacher’s experience in turf and as a golf professional helps him insure that the irrigation system is designed and installed to promote course playability in addition to quality irrigation standards. He prepared for his career with a degree in Agronomy – Turfgrass Management, from Mississippi State University and began specializing in irrigation as the Deputy Director of Parks for the City of Huntsville, AL. In that position he was responsible for the maintenance and construction of two golf courses and hundreds of parks and athletic fields. He knew the importance of irrigation as the building block of a quality turf maintenance program and implemented complete irrigation renovations on many of the parks. In the process, the City of Huntsville, AL installed and operated the first computer controlled irrigation system used in parks maintenance, with over twelve parks controlled from a single computer. In that position he developed a relationship with Rain Bird working closely in the product development of the Rain Bird Maxi and Maxicom systems. That central control experience has been very helpful establishing ATI as a leader in commercial irrigation applications serving the largest developers in Florida including Centex Homes, Pulte Homes, Lennar Homes, WCI and LandMar. Mr. Schumacher realized the potential for the growth of golf and improved irrigation standards in Asia and opened the ATI office in Thailand in 2004. He has lived and worked from Thailand full time every since, promoting quality irrigation and water use standards as well as independent irrigation consulting and design. ATI has continued to expand its presence across Asia and the Middle East ever since. |

| Company Information | Aqua Turf International (ATI) is an independent international irrigation consulting, design and mapping firm founded in 1996 by Jim Schumacher with offices in Jupiter, Florida (USA), Bangkok, Thailand, and a Chinese associate in Beijiing, China. ATI specializes in golf irrigation as well as residential developments and commercial landscape irrigation. ATI draws from nearly one hundred years of our staff’s combined experience in golf and irrigation. Sean Hyduk and Trevor Holman represent ATI from the Jupiter, Florida office, while Mr. Schumacher operates from the Bangkok, Thailand office. Le Mu (Thomas Muller) works from Beijiing.
