Winner of the Ivy Munion Langendorff Women In Irrigation Award for 2025

American Society of Irrigation Consultants (ASIC) is proud to present the Women in Irrigation Award to Denise Mullikin of Hunter Industries. This award, named after Ivy Munion Langendorff, ASIC Past President, recognizes women who have made significant contributions to the irrigation industry.

With over 25 years at Hunter Industries, Mullikin currently serves as President of the Residential, Commercial, and Golf Irrigation and Lighting (RCGL) Division. In this role, she leads the strategic direction of the division and works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver innovative products and experiences for customers. Known for her leadership and passion for excellence, Mullikin is widely respected for driving positive business outcomes through collaboration.

Mullikin’s career in irrigation began at age 16, working in distribution, followed by roles in specification and sales for an Australia-based irrigation company. Since joining Hunter in 1997, she has held key positions, including Vice President of Global Sales, where she led teams in multiple countries and managed global sales operations and customer service teams.

Denise’s new role as President makes her an inspirational role model for women in the industry, having built a successful career in a traditionally male-dominated field. Through dedication and perseverance, she has made a lasting impact on the industry and continues to inspire others.
