PROJECT OVERVIEW

- Initiatives include Yardi Pulse Intelligent Building Energy Management Program, Sika Sarnafil roof systems, LED lighting, and participation in the U.S. Department of Energy’s Low Carbon Pilot program.

- Main offices received numerous BOMA awards and hold LEED EB Gold Certification.
- Drought tolerant landscaping with recycled water throughout the campus.
ROLE OF THE IRRIGATION CONSULTANT
- Document all existing controller and Point of Connection details, including station counts, coverage areas, and their relationship to water sources.
- Develop a customized Scope of Work, encompassing controllers, related hardware, Point of Connection components, trenching details, labor projections, and budgets.
- Submit proposal, meeting with executive team to highlight benefits such as water conservation, asset management, and leak detection.
- Execute project professionally, meeting timelines and budget constraints.
- Program smart controllers post-installation to align with recycled water usage guidelines and existing mainline hydraulic tolerances.
- Continue as landscape maintenance partner, overseeing irrigation systems and achieving a 20% reduction in water consumption.
- Actively monitor and address equipment failures, such as mainline breaks and stuck valves, using the central control system and promptly responding to alerts and alarms.
