| Biography | Phil is a director and shareholder responsible for project management and sales of 2iC Consultants Ltd., which is an independent consultancy business set up to provide technical assistance to golf course irrigation projects and general water supplies. He has been involved in the irrigation business for more than 25 years acquiring a multidisciplined approach. He has progressed from installation engineer while working for the largest British irrigation manufacturer,through service to design and sales engineer, contracts manager. He ran his own design and supply company in Scotland for 7 years and now culminates that experience as a consultant within 2iC. His overall knowledge and practical approach have been acquired during his working career both within the irrigation industry and his time in the telecommunication industry. He completed the BTLIA training program for designing irrigation systems and sat on the committee for over ten years assisting in the technical subcommittee and finally as Deputy Chairman. He is currently a Professional member of the American Society of Irrigation Consultants. |
